The rooms are clean and fantastic with a terrace, making it a great place to stay, especially with a glass of wine in hand, and the location is perfect, close to everything in a wonderful area.

The deluxe king room I stayed in was absolutely gorgeous and fabulous with beautiful bedding. The hotel was pleasant and beautiful and in a central location just next door to train station as well as the main restaurant and shopping areas of the town. Btw, I was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Whitby Lighthouse.

The staff here were so welcoming during our entire visit.

The rooms are luxurious and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and luxurious fixtures. The hosts are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast, cooked to order, is delicious and served in a lovely breakfast room overlooking the garden.

One aspect that could be improved is the availability of on-site parking.
